Private Selection Rum

Piña Colada

  • 1 ¼ oz. Trader Vic's Gold Rum
  • 1 ½ oz. coconut liqueur
  • 3 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ oz. cream
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • 1 cherry
  • 1 pineapple slice

Pour ingredients into a blender with ice and blend. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple and cherry.

Mojito

  • 2 oz. Trader Vic's Silver Rum
  • 1 tsp. white sugar
  • 1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 8 oz. club soda
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Place 1 teaspoon of sugar into a 12-ounce glass. Squeeze the juice from a lime wedge into glass, drop in the wedge, and add 1 sprig of mint. Use a spoon or muddler to mash the sugar, lime juice, and mint together in the bottom of the glass. Fill glass about half full with crushed ice. Pour 2 ounces of rum into glass and fill the rest with club soda, stir, and garnish with additional lime wedges.

Hurricane

  • 2 oz. Trader Vic's Dark Rum
  • 2 oz. Trader Vic's Gold Rum
  • 2 oz. passion fruit juice
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 Tbsp. simple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. grenadine
  • Orange slice and cherry for garnish

Squeeze juice from half a lime into shaker over ice. Pour the remaining ingredients into cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

Mai Tai

  • 2 oz. Trader Vic's Dark Rum
  • 1 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ½ oz. orange curacao
  • ½ oz. orgeat syrup
  • Splash of simple syrup

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

151 Rum Punch

  • 1 part Trader Vic's 151 Proof Rum
  • 2 parts pineapple juice
  • 2 parts orange juice
  • ¼ part grenadine

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Tropical Punch

  • 1 part Trader Vic’s Lemon-Lime
  • 1 part Trader Vic’s Coconut
  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • 2 parts cranberry juice
  • ¼ part grenadine

Combine Trader Vic’s Lemon-Lime, Trader Vic’s Coconut, pineapple juice and cranberry juice in a highball glass with ice. Top with grenadine and stir to combine.

Lemon Lime Daquiri

  • 1 ¾ parts Trader Vic’s Lemon-Lime
  • ¾ parts lime juice
  • ½ parts simple syrup

Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Bay Breeze

  • 1 ½ oz. Trader Vic's Spiced Rum
  • 2 oz. cranberry juice
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass over ice.

Coconut Sparkler

  • 1 part Trader Vic's Coconut
  • 2 parts soda water
  • 1 part pineapple juice

Mix in a glass filled with ice and garnish with a pineapple slice.

Tropical Splash

  • 1 part Trader Vic’s Coconut
  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • 1 part pink grapefruit juice

Combine ingredients in a tall glass over ice.

Creamy Crispy Crunch

  • 1 oz. Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut
  • 1 oz. Trader Vic's Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz. Irish cream
  • Coffee

Mix liquors and add coffee. Top with whipped cream.

Café Joy

  • 1 oz. Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut
  • 1 oz. crème de cacao
  • Milk

Shake with ice until foamy.

Konalicious

  • 2 oz. Trader Vic's Kona Coffee
  • 2 oz. Trader Vic's Coconut Rum
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Mix and pour over crushed ice. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Afternoon Delight

  • 1 oz. Trader Vic's Kona Coffee
  • 1 oz. Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut
  • 1 oz. Irish cream
  • Coffee
  • Cream

Stir together and serve warm over ice.

Amaretto Coffee

  • 2 oz. Trader Vic's Amaretto
  • 1 oz. coffee
  • Cream

Stir together and serve warm over ice.

Peppermint Kiss

  • 1 oz. Trader Vic’s Chocolate
  • 1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps

Serve over ice.

White Chocolate Martini

  • 3 parts Trader Vic's White Chocolate
  • 1 part cream or Half & Half

Serve over ice.
